Where refund protection has been purchased, a ticket may be eligible for a refund subject to the following terms and conditions:
Submission of Refund Request: A request for a refund must be submitted prior to the commencement of the event. In the event that the ticket holder was verifiably physically incapacitated and therefore unable to submit a request prior to the start of the event, a refund request may be submitted no later than forty-eight hours following the conclusion of the event.
Covered Circumstances: Refund protection shall be deemed applicable only in instances of illness, accident, or other unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: Death of an immediate family member; Issuance of travel warnings by public authorities for the day of the event or the preceding day, including but not limited to those related to adverse weather conditions or acts of terrorism.
Documentation Requirements: All claims for refunds must be supported by verifiable documentation, which shall be submitted in full at the time the refund request is made. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the denial of the refund.
Exclusions: Refund protection shall not apply under the following circumstances: Where the claimant is unable to return all unused tickets, vouchers, or other booking components; Where the claim arises solely from the ticket holder’s unwillingness or change of mind in attending the event; Where the requested supporting documentation has not been provided as requested by the claims team; In the case of group bookings, the verified or unverified inability of any individual group member to attend the event shall not entitle the remaining group members to a partial or full refund.
The processing and execution of any approved refund shall be completed within ten working days after the event following receipt and approval of the claim. For the purpose of executing the refund, the claimant shall be required to provide accurate and complete banking information. Failure to do so may result in a delay or denial of payment. All inquiries, requests for clarification, or correspondence regarding the refund policy or individual claims shall be directed to info@7vibesjourney.com. In the event that the claimant fails to fulfill any of the obligations set forth in this refund policy, including but not limited to timely submission of the claim and provision of required documentation or information, refund protection shall be rendered null and void, and no refund shall be issued.
