When and where is the 7 Vibes Journey Festival?
The festival takes place from 3rd of June to 6th of June 2027.

Yes. The festival is strictly 18+. Please bring a valid form of ID, as age checks may take place at the entrance.
Is the festival accessible?
Yes, the entire festival site is wheelchair accessible.
Can I take photos or bring a professional camera?
Phones are welcome for photos and videos. Professional camera or recording equipment requires written permission from the organizer in advance.
Tickets
How do I know if my ticket purchase was successful?
If the purchase was successful, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes.
When and how do I get my ticket?
Your ticket with QR codes will be sent to you a couple of weeks before the festival begins.
I have the wrong name on my personalized ticket.
As the buyer of the ticket you can change the ticket name two times. The old ticket becomes invalid and a new ticket is generated.

Parking is available directly by the festival grounds. Make sure to secure your parking ticket in advance, as spaces are limited.
Camping and Stays
Where is the campground and how close is it to the festival?
The campground is right next to the festival.
What camping and accommodation options are available?
Can I bring my own tent or campervan?
Yes. Every 4-day Festival Pass includes a camping spot for your own tent.
Campervan spaces are limited and require a separate campervan ticket.
When can I arrive at the campground and when do I need to leave?
The campground opens on Thursday, 3 June at 12:00.
The campground closes Sunday, 6 June at 18:00.
What facilities are available for the campground?
You’ll find toilets, lighting, lockers, and showers.
The Festival Site
Is smoking / vaping allowed and where?
Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden indoors. Outside, you’ll find designated smoking areas with ashtrays so the rest of the grounds can stay clean and fresh.
What about drugs?
The festival is about true connection and shared discovery, so we encourage everyone to stay present and enjoy the experience with a clear mind. We strongly discourage drug consumption and have a strict policy against the selling or distribution of substances, which will result in immediate removal from the festival. If you ever feel overwhelmed or need support for any reason, please reach out to our Care Team. They are here to offer confidential support.
What food options will be available?
A bit of everything. From fresh vegetarian and vegan options, hearty meat dishes, to something sweet for later, all desires and needs will be covered.
Payment
How does cashless work?
All payments at the festival are made using your wristband. Simply add money to your wristband wallet before or during the festival. You can use cash or any available payment method to add money.
How does top-up and refund work?
You can top up your wristband before the festival and receive a bonus or top up during the festival via your wristband. After the event, you can request a refund of your remaining balance. The money will be returned to your account within a few days.
